All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Once your order has been marked as delivered and 24 hours have passed, I am no longer responsible for any damage that may have occurred to the glass during the shipping process.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that glass art is fragile and should be handled and displayed with care. I am not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents that may result from the handling, installation, or use of these pieces.

Please note that stained glass contains lead. While it is sealed and safe for display, it is recommended to wash your hands after handling and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final. Please review all product details, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, I’m happy to help. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery so I can assist with a claim.

Your glass piece deserves a safe, secure home! Please do not use suction cups to hang your artwork — they can (and will) fail over time, especially with temperature changes and humidity.

For best results, I strongly recommend using small teacup hooks screwed directly into your window frame, trim, or a solid surface. This provides a much more reliable hold and helps prevent accidental falls and damage.

Always handle with care when hanging, and make sure your piece is supported properly before letting go.

I do not offer installation services.

All pieces are sold as finished artwork, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange for proper installation. I strongly recommend hiring a qualified professional if you are unsure about safely installing your piece.

I am not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur during or after installation.

At this time, I do not offer glass repair or restoration services.

As a full-time traveling artist, my schedule is dedicated to the creation of new work and participation in exhibitions and events. Due to these commitments, I am unable to take on repair or restoration projects.

My own path into glass was largely self-taught through YouTube, trial and error, and learning from artists with 20+ years of experience. If you’re not someone who thrives in traditional classroom settings, taking the solo route can be incredibly rewarding.

There’s no one “right” way to learn—just the one that keeps you creating.
